Usually we are given the day after Christmas off for a four day weekend. However this year Christmas, 12/25/2015, falls on a Friday. Giving federal employees an extra day on 11/27/2015 would be a good gesture to improve the morale of employees and allow them to spend more time with family and loved ones as they gives thanks. Many will enjoy the added day for shopping and or resting after a bountiful Thanksgiving. Boosting the morale of the workplace will increase work efficiency and keep a positive work place environment.
