Declare an executive order to stop paying congress entirely until the budget crisis is solved once and for all.

Whereas the primary reason that we are still in a budget crisis after 10 years is a direct result of politicking and bickering in congress, it was congress under the Bush administration that allowed the bank bailouts that initially caused the global budget crisis, our congressmen "earn" far more money each year than the average American citizen,
Therefore President Obama should use his executive order privilege to freeze the pay and benefits of EVERY member of congress, in both the house and senate, to ZERO dollars per year, which shall be non-refundable, until such a time as they come to a reasonable solution to the fiduciary disaster once and for all in such a way that the common People of the United States are no longer financially punished for the failures of their congress.
