This (man-made) disaster affects the population living in the community by a dramatic increase in expenses, loss of energy, food and services; & finally increases the risk of disease for citizens. By commission of this act, this area has been struck with an unnatural and sociological hazard should now have its affected areas open for national and international aid.
This aid should go to pay for mental health professionals to provide counseling to the immediate community at large, provide pop-up or kiosk mental health and drug abuse counseling facilities immediately.
Provide for the inclusion of sensitivity & diversity training & conflict resolution. Funding should go to rebuilding business, homes, apartment complexes & create a job & trades training program & improve public schools
