The NCAA would have us believe that the first round of the basketball tournament is four games. This is a lie. A round has to include more than eight of the 68 participants. The American people are smarter than this, and would like the President to declare that the play in games are not a round, and that the NCAA first round begins with the Thursday games in the round of 64.
