Declare the Fort Hood Shooting that took place on November 5th, 2009 an "Act of Terrorism / Terrorist Attack" allowing victims to become eligible for benefits.
Currently the shooting is classified as an act of "work place violence" despite at least 18 e-mails between Nidal Hasan and Anwar al-Awlaki (a known al-Qaeda planner and recruiter) and Nidal Hasan admitting in open court to his jihadist motives.
