declare the Fort Hood shootings and murder to be a Terrorist attack, not a workplace act of violence .

The Major who, while shouting about Allah, shot and wounded and killed soldiers on the Fort Hood base is collecting full pay and benefits since the attack is considered "work place violence" and not a Terrorist attack.
The soldiers and their families are unable to collect any benefits including medical since they are only covered if it is considered an act of WAR.
Many are in deep financial difficulties while the murderer still is paid by the taxpayers.
