We, the good Matts of these United States of America, hereby request that the fourty-fourth President, Barack Obama, by virtue of the authority vested in him by the Constitution and the Matts of the United States, to hereby proclaim the fourth day of April, in the year of our Lord two thousand fourteen, as National Matt Day: A National Day of Celebration and Observation of the Greatness of Matts. We call upon the people of the United States to observe this day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
