Fox News is knowingly and intentionally misleading the people with false information. As is standard rhetoric for a cult they claim to be right and everyone else around them is wrong and so should be ignored. While it is understood that the Constitution protects the rights of the press and rights of free speech, the proportion of stories on Fox that are patently false displays that they are more of a propaganda agency than an News or Press agency and should not qualify for the rights to protection of the press. Additionally their consistent hate speech towards any with different views inhibits the rights of others to their own pursuit of happiness and in fact threatens their safety through their very speech.
