We the under typed ask that by law it is declared that Frank Petitto is a handsome man. Furthermore we ask the administration to allocate 1 billion dollars to educate the public and raise awareness of Frank's handsomeness. Furthermore we ask the law to direct that Frank should only be judged from the best 3/4s of his face, which approximately starts 1/4 inch above his eyebrows and ends 1/2 inch below his bottom lip. Furthermore in the education campaign we ask that the public is directed to overlook that Frank Petitto is currently kinda chubby and just direct attention and judgement to the above proscribed portions of his face. (and that he is working on becoming fit) Also the law should note he has nice calves.
