Declare the Fukushima Nuclear site a Global Crisis, and strongly encourage the United Nations to do the same.

The Japanese government needs pressure from the International community to open a dialogue with other nations being effected, or with the potential to be effected, by the massive amounts of radioactive material being dumped into the pacific ocean. The evidence continues to come in, regarding the high levels of radioactive isotopes being detected in the water and wildlife of the pacific ocean. They have been reported as high as %500 of normal levels. This can only get worse, as the plant has not been contained and is being cooled with seawater that runs over the now defunct reactor and then back into the ocean. Fish from the Pacific ocean finds its way to all corners of the globe, making this a clear example of a Global Crisis. The Japanese Government needs to be forced to accept help.
