Declare gag orders unconstitutional.

Energy companies have been requiring gag orders for landowners who accept payment for putting wind turbines on their land. They have also required gag orders for landowners who accept money to allow fracking on their land. This prevents news from getting out to the public. It violates both free speech and freedom of the press. This is a shameful practice which should be stopped.
