The pipeline that could be terribly damaged should the sinkhole and butane explode serves many states in the United States. Not only does it deliver gas through a network of pipelines that have a hub in Louisiana but there is a great amount of natural gas storage that needs federal protection.
All of the United States would be impacted for the worse if there were to be a disaster at Bayou Corne, Louisiana.
We ask for a declaration of national emergency to allow for the EPA and related government offices to better oversee the operations at the site.
