Halloween is a special holiday shared by both children and aduts alike. It is very hard for families to celebrate this much adored holiday from Sun. Through Thurs. It is almost as hard for families on Friday because kids still have to go to school, and continue to learn. Since Halloween is the second most consumer driven holiday next to Christmas, I feel if Halloween were celebrated on Saturday, this would help in;
A. Boost consumer spending.
B. Boost employment (if even for the final quarter of the year).
C. Children and adults alike would enjoy Halloween more if it was on Saturday due to the fact that they would not have to be concerned about their children's school, and adults having work the next day.
