Obama won the presidency fair and square due to the influx of ignorant voters intent on living with their hands out. But regardless of that fact, he won. But that does not change the fact that Obama and Biden have continuously demonstrated complete ineptness in their sworn duties.
Up until now, President Carter held the lofty title of dumbest fuck to ever occupy the White House, but he must be dethroned.
So I suggest that since Obama deems himself open and transparent, he must accept the title he has so rightfully earned. I propose that the title be stripped from Carter and that Obama and Biden be awards dumbest fucks to every occupy the White House post haste.
