The hobby of solving a three-dimensional twisting puzzle shall be declared a sport. By this being declared as a sport, it shall be recognized by government agencies involving physical activities as being an official sport. Any twisting, three-dimensional puzzle shall be covered by this petition as being a tool used in the sport. By this becoming a sport, it shall hold competitions within the United States and be recognized as an athletic activity.
