Declare Human Rights For All People Regardless of Citizenship Or Nationality

We the people petition our government to publicly declare and legally codify a statement that all people, regardless of citizenship, nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, gender, sexual preference, political affiliation or physical location, are entitled to certain inalienable human rights including, but not limited to:

- Freedom from indefinite detention
- The absolute right to legal representation and due process
- The right not to be physically violated, tortured or face "extraordinary rendition" of any kind
- The absolute right to international monitoring of the human rights of individuals in custody of any police agency, government body or agent of the government
