Declare the "Indian Removal Act" an act unlawful genocide, and make reparations to the Native Peoples of this continent.

This petition is to address the grievenaces suffered by the Native Peoples of this continent through broken treaties, outright lies, and genocide. The Indian Removal Act signed into law by A. Jackson remains the most odious and malicious piece of legislation ever passed by the United States of America. Despite the benevolence of previous administrations prior to the Indian Removal Act, Mr. A. Jackson personally saw to it that this legislation was both passed, and implimented to the detriment of any and all Native Peoples involved, in essence becoming state sponsored genocide on a scale that wouldn't be seen for another century afterwards in Nazi Germany. The Five Civilized Tribes lost all rights to their ancestral homelands, and have been marginalized in American society ever since.
