Declare ISIS a terrorist organization and put boots on the ground to eliminate them

Declare ISIS what they are, a "Islamic Terrorist Organization". Stop playing the "Hearts & Minds" game and put boots on the ground to end the ongoing threat called ISIS. The world is watching as we sit around as they behead our people and burn others alive and all the government is concerned about is releasing prisoners and standing by. We are letting them grow in numbers to the point of it being too hard to stop if we wait much longer. The airstrikes arent working. We NEED boots on the ground to eliminate the problem once and for all
