Declare June 2nd a federal holiday dedicated to children .... called "Children's Day".

There’s a Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, President’s Day, Helen Keller Day, and even a Groundhog Day, among many other federally recognized “Days”. If we can celebrate all these, shouldn’t there be a day to celebrate children? In 1925, the World Conference for the Well-Being of Children first proclaimed that an “appropriate” day be designated to bring attention to children’s issues; e.g, child labor, sexual exploitation and trafficking, forced marriage, etc. In 1954, the United Nations General Assembly recommended that all countries establish a Children's Day. Children's Day is celebrated in dozens of countries around the world and is celebrated in some states in the United States of America, but a permanent, annual, nationally recognized Children's Day has not been established here in the US
