The KKK has a long history of violent killings & terrorizing opponents of their regime. Although most infamous during the 20th century, they are alive and well and recently have deterred Black civil rights in southern states.
The Klan has demonstrated over decades that they are willing to engage in violence, murder, and torture of African Americans in order to invoke fear and emphasize their hatred to those who they feel "undermines the White 'race'". Though Neo-Nazism, this is terrorism.
For the safety and progression of a tolerant and multicultural society, we ask that the federal government take legal action against the existence and affiliation of the Ku Klux Klan, hopefully saving the lives and civil rights of minority groups, and promoting civility among all walks of life.
