Declare the Ku Klux Klan a Domestic Terrorist Organization which has the sole purpose of carrying out racist and domestic terrorist actions against others. Ban the organization and any public or private gatherings of its adherents, or any display of its insignias, such as burning crosses. Prosecute any individuals breaking the laws forbidding its displays or gatherings.
