declare Legislative members legally insane who vote for the same thing more than 50 times.

It's a pretty simple idea. A definition of insanity is "repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." This fits in with many current members of the House who have attempted to repeal the same law in essentially the same method, with knowledge that it would fail in every case, over 50 times. This directly follows the definition of Insanity and some other definitions such as "extreme foolishness or irrationality." I believe these, and any others who may follow their route of insanity, should not be allowed to damage our country with their deranged actions and should be committed.
