In memory of the life of David Robert Jones, a.k.a. David Bowie, and his incalculable contributions to the artistic enrichment of Humanity; we, the undersigned, humbly ask that his composition "Life on Mars?" be declared the official musical composition of NASA's first "Human Mission to Mars". In addition, we ask that this composition be granted the honor of being the first music to be played by Humans on the surface of an extraterrestrial planet, upon completion of said mission.
