Declare Manhatten Preject (Hanford Nucear Reservation) a Toxic Disaster, which the EPA has failed to remedy for 30 years

Created by T.M. on December 06, 2013

Nuclear waste is or soon to be leaching into the Columbia River running at the north and south borders of Oregon and Washington.
The worst Super Fund area in the United States.
EPA has scartched their heads for over 30 years and are no closer to cleaning up this site which lies within the Columbia River National Scenic Area.
More or less a time bomb, waiting for EPA to figure out through technlogy and engineering how to incinerate these toxins.
In the interim concrete and lined tanks could have been constructed to contain storage which have breached due to failure or age or bothits as the EPA might never figure out the incineration process.
