Reform the congress with independent representatives with no party affiliation and no corporate connections. All previously gerrymandered districts are returned to their prior states. Attempts to buy votes is punishable by public execution. Liberty and justice are 'rights' for all not just those who can afford to hijack the system.
What I propose is extreme.
