If the riots in Ferguson, MO continue past Friday, November 28th, 2014, Martial Law needs to be called upon. Gov. Jay Nixon should be temporarily removed from office, filling his position with a high ranking military official. Strict laws need to be temporarily enacted, locking down the town. No person, except on military business or with military approval, shall leave or enter Ferguson. Any protester should be reprimanded as seen fit, as they are acting unconstitutional. Officer Wilson cannot be retried, as that is Double Jeopardy, as it is unconstitutional. The first amendment states that American citizens have the right to "peacefully" assemble and protest. Any citizen caught instigating a riot, such as Michael Brown's stepfather, should be arrested and brought to criminal charges.
