The Obama Administration should declare the genitals of Matthew J. Miller a National Treasure. By doing so, Mr. Miller and his private parts would be exempt from all laws and taxes - federal, state, and local. By doing so, we can really make a difference to the world about how stupid these petitions are becoming and how the citizens of the United States not only fail to understand the basic liberties and freedoms they possess, but also apparently nothing better to do.
