Declare May 19th to be Malcolm X Day and to decree it a national holiday.

We are petitioning the U.S. government and president Obama to declare May 19th a national holiday celebrating and honoring El Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, aka Malcolm X (Malcolm X Day).
