The White House should openly declare Memorial Day as a sacred day and strongly discourage sales and promotions from businesses. The reason for this is it teaches our youth the wrong message. Memorial day shouldnt be about getting a great deal or early promotion. Its about honoring our fallen. This can not be done by saving 20% on patio furniture.
