Declare the Monday following the Super Bowl a national holiday.

Created by C.C. on January 29, 2014

To facilitate the rights of the hard working men and women of the United States, we propose making the Monday following the Super Bowl a national holiday for perpetuity.

Over 100 million Americans watch the Super Bowl each year. Staying up late to take in one of our nations most cherished past-times. As a result, on the Monday following this occasion, the productivity of the American worker and the morale of the American people suffers. To mitigate this effect, we propose making the Monday following each Super Bowl a national holiday.
