On this day (and every year there after) the use of lethal force between citizens and by the various law enforcement and public safety agencies shall be forsworn.
Require all Federal agencies that have armed enforcement functions to host public events to demonstrate non-lethal alternatives to firearms.
Encourage State and Local Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies to likewise host similar events.
Further all such agencies shall also conduct seminars and workshops for civilians and personnel on conflict resolution, anger management and non-lethal self defense.
Finally promote solidarity events and celebrations throughout the land recognizing our common human dignity and citizens' rights.
Non-violence is a choice to build a better world for our brothers, sisters and children!
