Declare the month of March as National Pogo Stick Month. Promoting Pogo Sticks and having the President pogoing.

Pogo Sticks have been overlooked for too long, and do not obtain the respect that they deserve. Pogo Sticks were invented in the month of March, so therefore National Pogo Stick Month shall be in March. To celebrate, every school shall allow for students to bring there Pogo Sticks to school, during the month to show their prized possension, and the White House so also celebrate by having their administration travel around the White House via Pogo Stick. It will also bring more of a job industry to Pogo Sticks makers, creating more jobs in the industry.
