declare a moratorium on Hydro-Fracturing in Central Oklahoma to research the recent earthquake activity.

I call on the Obama Administration to do the following: 1) declare a federal disaster in central Oklahoma as a result of the continuing earthquake activity that has occurred in November 2011, this is to allow the release of federal funds to help repair damages to homes and businesses that are not covered by earthquake insurance in the area and 2) declare a moratorium on the use of all processes involved in Hydraulic Fracturing in the region, in order to allow the USGS to do a proper study of the causes of the recent quakes.
