Motor vehicle fuel/power sources have become so necessary to the economic life of the country that regulation similar to that which controls Public Utilities should be enacted. The reliance on private entities to set and control pricing which now creates obscene profits and price gouging by speculators is out of control and endangers our economic system as it is so deeply engrained in the costs of every day living.
