Declare the National Defense Authorization Act unconstitutional by going against the 6th Amendment and have it repealed

Created by S.J. on November 25, 2012

The NDAA violates the 5th and 6th Amendments by allowing the military to operate search and seizures without an official warrant and arrest and detain American Citizens without a fair trial. Therefor, it should be repealed for going against our 5th and 6th Amendment rights.

The 5th Amendment protects us against abuse of government in legal procedure: Grand Jury; Double jeopardy; Self-incrimination, etc. and the 6th Amendment guarantees the individual rights in legal procedure: Speedy trial; counsel; Impartial jury, etc.

The NDAA is unconstitutional and must be repealed.
