Declare a national emergency and provide safe and clean water to the city of Flint MI, ousting state government control.

The water supply of the city of Flint Michigan has been poisoned as the direct result of actions taken by the state government under Governor Snyder. The poisoned water supply have exposed all residents of the city to dangerous levels of lead and other contaminants.
The state government ignored complaints of residents and of the federal EPA, while providing an alternative water source for General Motors and state employees.
In spite of knowing the dangers of the Flint water system the state government bot only attempted to cover up the problem, but has taken no concrete and effective steps to solve the problem.
This is a national disaster and the federal government should act immediately to fix it.
