Declare a National Financial State of Emergency and Invoke Presidential Emergency Powers Act.

Senate Minority Leader McConnell has publicly stated that Republicans sole mission is to stop all of President Obama's programs and plans and House Majority Leader Boehner has agreed and effectively has failed in his leadership role. He is unable and unwilling to compromise in the best interest of the nation as a whole. We hereby request President Obama declare a National Financial State of Emergency thus allowing him to institute The Presidential Emergency Powers Act and force upon both houses of congress a balanced spending/tax revenue plan. This emergency action will save the nation's credit rating, protect millions of innocent Americans from unsustainable tax hikes and save the nation from a new recession. This action to be valid for 90 days or until Congress acts accordingly.
