Usury use to be illegal in America. We have a banking crisis because the whole industry committed fraud. Banks have been bailed out. Investors have been bailed out. And yet these institutions are foreclosing on homes.
This and other issues have brought our country to its knee's financially. Reboot the system. End the insanity. Most Americans could legally sue the financial institutions for fraud right now and win. It's a disaster. We've got more important things to do than to allow this travesty to continue.
Put an end to it. It's "America's" settlement for not prosecuting these institutions for fraud, and other criminal acts. They'll all do just fine. American's aren't.
Wipe the slate clean, wipe the credit reports clean.
