The NRA has consistently acted in a manner which threaten the safety, comfort, and welfare of the general public by opposing reasonable legal efforts to control and regulate the manufacture, distribution and control of military grade firearms (e.g. assault type rifles and associated ammunition and ammo clips) to the general public.
These actions create a public nuisance in that they interfere with public heath, safety, security, comfort and welfare to the community at large. As such the NRA should be declared a public nuisance and held to stand in defense of their actions.
