Declare the National Rifle Association a terrorist organization subject to investigation and possible prosecution.

The National Rifle Association has repeatedly demonstrated, despite their denials, that they support the widespread killing of Americans by ensuring that firearms are easily available to the mentally ill; repeat offenders; and extremists. They have also demonstrated, despite denials, that they are opposed to law enforcement, and place our First Responders at very high risk. They have demonstrated that they will violate the spirit of the Law to hold our elected leaders hostage to their agenda to the willful disregard and great harm of the People. They promote violence; murder and terror. They should be fully investigated and all of their members subject to arrest, prosecution and/or divestment of funds like any other registered terrorist group, domestic or foreign.
