declare as National Voting Holidays those days on which we hold midterm Congressional and Presidential elections.

Created by D.W. on December 29, 2012

In recognition of every American's civic responsibility and right to vote, in consideration of a reluctance on the part of employers to allow time off for voting; we the people demand at least as much reverence for our voting exercises as we give to the memory of long dead presidents; an employee optional, day off work to participate in 'same- day' registration and voting.
