We the people of the United States, in order to form a more funner Union, establish brotherly love, insure light heartedness and tranquility, provide for a break from the ordinary, promote humor and goodwill, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do petition President Obama to establish the "Greet Everyone You Meet Like Your Dog Does" National Holiday for the United States of America.
