Declare the non recognition of minority, ethnic, and non christian Medal of Honor candidates as a national disgrace.

The fact that it has taken more than 50 years in some cases for our country to acknowledge candidates from non racially, non ethnically, non christian acceptable members of our military for the Medal of Honor is anathema.
