Virginia votes almost completely republican but northern Virginia basically determines the outcome of the entire election due to the highly populated urban area. Their voting for democrats causes virginia to be a blue state when it should be red. They have no business in Virginia and need to be part of the District of Columbia. One small area should not determine the fate of the entire state.
