As large quantities of weapons and assault weapons are used to terrorize and kill children and other citizens, and outside law enforcement and military action have no morally-justifiable purpose;
As supporting nearly-unlimited distribution of weapons and of assault weapons is enabling this terrorizing of the American population;
As the NRA is the primary source of support for promotion and support of assault weapons in America;
We the People demand that the National Rifle Association be declared a Terrorist Organization by the DHS/FBI/CIA, as per Title 22 of the US Code, Section 2656f(d).
We the People demand that NRA members receive a short period to resign from the organization, then the US shall consider all leadership and remaining members to be active Domestic Terrorists.
