The NRA, through its policies, positions, and lobbying efforts, does more to endanger U.S. citizens than any currently recognized terrorist organization. 12,000 people per year die to gun violence, nearly four times the casualties of 9/11, and our politicians do nothing to stop this for fear of the NRA lobbyists.
The NRA does not kill people, but they work to put guns in the hands of the people who do. By fighting to block any and all restrictions on guns and gun sales, the NRA ensures that incidents like Sandy Hook will continue to occur.
Please declare the NRA a supporter of domestic terror and treat them as we would any group that supports terrorists such as al Qaeda or Hamas. We cannot let this vocal minority of gun extremists continue to use their money to endanger America.
