The NRA is a criminal organization, which for profit, has developed a systematic marketing program based on lies and fraudulent misrepresentations in an effort to recruit members of the public, many of whom they know will be either careless, incompetent, unstable, or actually convicted felons, to purchase guns, which they absolutely know will result in the death of thousands of innocent people each and every month, making them more deadly than Al Qaeda and the Taliban combined. By definition this is Accessory Before the Fact of Murder.
This organization has also entered into a conspiracy with fellow members, gun manufacturers and others, including members of Congress, whom they bribe, to encourage and promote an insurrection against the United States government.
