declare October 6th National Coaches Day.

My name is Madeline Woznick and I am 13 years old. I have realized that it is my coach that inspires, motivates, loves, encourages and teaches me every day. I am motivated to better myself because I want to please my coach because she is so awesome! I have realized that Moms, Dads, teachers, veterans, grandparents and many more are all recognized for what they do or have done one special day out of the year. I would like to establish National Coaches Day to recognize all paid and volunteer coaches for one special day a year. I have researched National Coaches Day and found that on October 6,1972 President Nixon made a proclamation and declared this particular day National Coaches Day. My goal, with your help, is to carry on President Nixon’s proclamation annually
