We hereby declare that henceforth December 5 shall forever be known as Queen Sonia Day. This day shall bestow all Sonias with the power to command legislation and troops from 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM December 5th. A Grand Festival shall commence upon the National Mall at 10 PM December 5 to celebrate the close of Queen Sonia Day.
