Declare Pakistan as a terror sponsoring state

Since the creation of the dominion of Pakistan, Pakistan has aided and abetted terrorists and has used the element of proxy war chiefly targeting its neighbors. It has acted as a safe haven for terrorists including bin laden who was responsible for the deadly 9/11 attacks. The Haqqani Network and Mullah Mansour of Taliban have found safe haven in Pakistan. Also its nuclear programme was suspicious in nature with allegations of proliferation.There is a grave danger that its nuclear arsenals could fall into the hands of jihadists. The mass graves reported to be found in Baluchistan are a testament to its gross human rights violation. I think the time has come to brand it as a terrorist sponsoring state rather than condoning its violations.
